Report: Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin still going strong

Seems all is sweet between Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin.

The two were spotted on a date at Madeo in Los Angeles Thursday night. Spies told The New York Post that the “Hunger Games” actress, 24, and the Coldplay singer, 37, sat at a corner booth at the upscale Italian eatery and were “laughing and giggling” throughout dinner.

“They were totally into each other,” the spy said. “The romance is on for sure.” When the waiter came around with the dessert offerings, Lawrence “encouraged Chris to order one.” The two split the mille-feuille, a puff pastry dessert.

In October, Lawrence and Martin were said to have broken up. But other sources insist the couple had been dating all the while.

Meanwhile, Martin’s ex-wife, Gwyneth Paltrow, 42, seems to approve of her ex’s new squeeze. 

When asked her thoughts about Lawrence on the Howard Stern show Wednesday, Gwyneth replied: “Who says I don’t approve of Jennifer Lawrence? I respect [Martin] as the father of my children . . . It’s his decision . . . He wouldn’t be with someone who isn’t great.”
