Here's the latest:

Earlier this week, "Scorpion" star Katharine McPhee wore  to the nomination ceremony for the People's Choice Awards (below), presumably because she wants all those people to choose her.

Don't let its pretty violet color fool you — the Arsenic and Old Lace cocktail at Maison Premiere in NYC is as strong as they come. Watch the video above to see how at Maison Premiere's extremely well-dressed bartender mixes one up.

Miranda Lambert and Luke Bryan were among some of the big winners at Wednesday night's Country Music Association Awards. Relative newcomer Kacey Musgraves won too, though not in the category of Biggest, Most Fabulous Country-ish Hair, despite clearly deserving it:

Speaking of the CMAs, Brad Paisley revealed the sex of fellow co-host Carrie Underwood's unborn child live on stage (it's a boy), and suggested that she name it Garth. We think it's a great idea, because aside from Garth Brooks and Garth Algar, you don't really meet too many Garths these days.

After the ceremony, Carrie Underwood debuted the video for her new single "Something in the Water" via Twitter (below). And while we previously thought the lyrics concerned faith of God being in that water, we were clearly very wrong. Apparently, she was referring to the feet of svelt new-age dancers. That's what's been in the water all along.

Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Ernie Hudson and Sigourney Weaver reunited for an Entertainment Weekly cover shoot in honor of the 30th anniversary of "Ghostbusters" (below), presumably to prove what a lucrative and long-term career option ghostbusting truly is.

The city of Las Vegas celebrated "Britney Spears Day" on Wednesday, which entailed giving Spears her official proclamation and a key to the Strip. And although it would've been entirely appropriate, there's no mention of anybody shaving their heads or beating cars with umbrellas in celebration.

While we're on the subject of Britney, it's also worth mentioning that she's reportedly dating Charlie Ebersol, the 32-year-old son of "SNL" co-creator Dick Ebersol. So, could this mean she's got a shot at hosting an upcoming episode this season?!?!? Well, no, it almost certainly doesn't.

On Tuesday, "Wolf of Wall Street" actress Margot Robbie wore a low-cut lemon-yellow dress (below) to the Harper's Bazaar Woman of the Year Awards in London. We're not sure who officially won their "Woman of the Year" title, but let's all just assume it was her. She clearly won.

English actress Judi Dench recently claimed to have a tattoo of Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein on her butt, though we're pretty sure she was joking. If she's got anybody's face tattooed back there, it's gotta be frequent "James Bond" co-star Daniel Craig, no?

In other butt-related news, Ireland Baldwin uploaded a close-up picture of a glittery backside to Instagram on Tuesday, captioning it only with the word "inspired." We can't entirely be sure if it's her butt or somebody elses butt, but one thing is for certain: It's absolutely dripping with inspiration and creative juices.

Music legend Stevie Wonder, 64, is reportedly expecting his ninth child in December. The news was confirmed by Wonder's representative, as was the unborn child's name and sex (Nia and female, respectively). However, he's yet to announce which position she'll play in his soon-to-be complete family baseball franchise.

And finally, Beyonce has topped Forbes' annual list of the top paid women in music, reportedly earning about $115 million between June 2013 and June 2014. Taylor Swift came in second with around $64 million, or as Beyonce might refer to it, minimum wage.
