Tori Spelling shared a hospital pic with her 335,000-plus Instagram followers, but it's the last sentence in her photo caption that has "True Tori" fans speculating as to whether she and husband Dean McDermott are actually headed for a split this time.
"This sick in hospital I finally see how quickly life can take it all away from you," the 41-year-old former "Beverly Hills," "90210" star writes. "We all need 2 step up from inside& go 4 it! With our friends by our side."
She then adds: "Sadly I've finally faced truth that 1 person will never be there 4 me #TrueToriFollow."
Was that last part aimed at her tumultuous marriage and/or her spouse?
McDermott, 47, admitted on season 1 of "True Tori" that he was unfaithful to his wife of eight years, but told ET Canada that he's not too thrilled with the negative reputation he's acquired after coming clean about said infidelity.
"I messed up and I'm owning up to it and I'm getting help," he said. "You know, I'm not the first person to ever cheat on his wife. The affair was more about how I was feeling about myself than having an affair."
McDermott also offered an update into his wife's health after she was hospitalized. Slamming reports that she has Ebola, he explained that the actress/reality star is actually suffering from severe bronchitis, sinusitis and pneumonia.
"The show we're shooting is obviously very emotional," he said. "It's six days a week. It finally caught up with her and took its toll, so she has bronchitis, sinusitis and pneumonia and she's getting great care at the hospital."
In a tease for the next episode of "True Tori," Spelling reveals that she is not interested in having any more children with McDermott. The two already have four children together -- Liam, 7, Stella, 6, Hattie, 3 and Finn, 2 -- and Dean has a son Jack, 6, from his previous marriage to Mary Jo Eustace.
"Because of what I went through, I know that I don't want to have any more babies with him," Spelling admits in the preview.
