Justin Bieber was not happy when a lawyer grilled him about Selena Gomez during a March deposition and he refused to answer any questions. Now, the 20-year-old pop singer won’t be able to back out.

TMZ reported that a Florida judge is ordering the singer to sit down for another deposition and answer all the questions he refused to answer in March – many of them pertaining to to his on-again, off-again girlfriend Gomez, 21. The singer was being questioned on a paparazzi beating case, and the same lawyer who questioned him the first time will grill him again.

At the initial, four-hour deposition, which was taped, TMZ described him as “arrogant,” “contentious,” “lovesick,” and “disrespectful.”

Bieber, who compared the deposition to a grilling by journalists, was asked about a June 2013 incident in which his bodyguards allegedly attacked a photographer who was taking pictures of the singer outside the Hit Factory recording studio in Miami.

A date for the deposition has not been set. Sources told TMZ that it will be videotaped again.
