Paulina Rubio and her ex-husband are still fighting tooth and nail over their son.

The former “X Factor” judge is accusing her ex, Nicolas Vallejo-Najera, of sneaking their son out of the country, TMZ reported.

In newly-filed court documents, Vallejo-Najera claimed his ex-wife has blocked him from visiting their son Andrea, 3, for weeks.

He said this forced him to file an emergency motion late last month demanding the Mexican singer hand over their son so that he can take him to Spain.

Meanwhile, Rubio has filed her own court documents accusing her ex of constantly changing his travel dates. She also claims Vallejo-Najera’s motive for the trip to Spain was to use their son to attract paparazzi and have photos taken of the two together.

Rubio and Vallejo-Najera called it quits in November 2012.

The former couple reached a divorce agreement last year – in which he agreed to pay Rubio $243,000 over three years – but they have been battling over their son since, accusing each other of violating their custody agreement.
