Taylor Swift has obtained a temporary restraining order against a man claiming to be her husband, E! News reports.
The singer's request, granted Monday, prevents 33-year-old Timothy Street from making contact with Swift, including through electronic means, until March 25, when a court hearing will take place to determine whether the order will be extended. The order also bans Sweet from contacting Swift's mother, father and brother.

In Swift's request for the restraining order, she said that Sweet has repeatedly claimed to be her husband through phone messages, letters and social media.
She said his conduct was "seriously alarming and harassing and are extremely distressing to me and my family." Swift added that she does "not have desire to interact with or communicate in any way with Mr. Sweet."
