Mariah Carey sizzled in a very low cut gown while performing at the annual BET awards in downtown Washington. The 43-year-old singer wore a black hip hugging dress that seemed reminiscent of Jessica Rabbit.
The show which honors African-American achievements in music, literature, entertainment, education and other disciplines also featured performances by Jennifer Hudson and Smokey Robinson.
Aretha Franklin, American Express chairman Ken Chenault and Motown founder Berry Gordy were among those who received tributes.
The show will air on the BET channel on February 24.
