Each year, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences honors the most wonderful films, directors and actors with nominations for Academy Awards. Conversely, the committee behind the Razzies seeks to honor the most awful films, directors and actors with their own special accolades.
This year's nominees for the 34th annual Razzie Awards were announced Wednesday morning, to the delight of haters everywhere. Leading the pack with eight nominations is "Grown Ups 2," which earned nods for worst sequel, worst actor (Adam Sandler), worst supporting actress (Salma Hayek) and worst supporting actor (Taylor Lautner). Other notable front-runners include M. Night Shyamalan's "After Earth," Tyler Perry's "A Madea Christmas," and the Farrelly Brothers' "Movie 43" — all of which are tied with six nominations apiece.
Not surprisingly, all of the previous films were nominated for worst picture, along with Disney's "The Lone Ranger."
The winners won't be announced until March 1, but we'd like to know what you think: Which of those five movies should take home the night's top honor?
