Former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss is in trouble yet again.
The 47-year-old was pulled over in the early morning hours of Oct. 22, and she was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance. A police report state that after field sobriety tests were performed it was determined that she was under the influence of marijuana.
She was also charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to sell, and according to a police report, a large sum of money discovered in her 2010 Toyota Cruiser. According to TMZ, Fleiss was driving around with $10,000 in cash.
Oh, and she also lacked a driver’s license, insurance, and her car registration had expired. Whoops.
Fleiss’ first run-in with the law was back in 1993 when she was arrested for running a prostitution ring in Los Angeles. She served 20 months at a federal prison in California.
Fleiss has been open about her past substance abuse problems, and she even appeared on “Dr. Drew’s Celebrity Rehab” back in 2009.
