How Kate Hudson Stays in Shape Wherever She Goes

In an interview with Shape magazine, Kate Hudson revealed that jumping rope is one of her favorite ways to keep fit.

The actress says her figure is also the result of 15 years of Pilates, along with frequent jazz and ballroom dancing (she practices with "Dancing With the Stars" professional Derek Hough).

All the while, Hudson keeps an eye on what she eats, too — but not too close of an eye. "I like to do juice cleanses twice a year for five to seven days or food elimination cleanses where I just eat super clean," she says. "That’s really the only time when I’m very strict. Other than that, I eat everything. I just love food. I love bread. I love pasta."
