The troubled and talented Amanda Bynes
The former teen star has become more known for her bizarre behavior.
The gossip mags haven’t heard a peep from Amanda Bynes since she was hauled off to a psychiatric hospital in July and later placed under a temporary conservatorship.
And though reports have said the former child star has been improving since her stay at the hospital, her lawyer claims Bynes is still unfit to stand trial, TMZ reported.
The 27-year-old was supposed to appear in court today regarding her April 2012 California DUI arrest, but her lawyer, Rich Hutton, told the judge his client did not have the mental capacity to understand the legal proceedings in court, according to TMZ.
The judge passed the case on to a mental health court.
