The past week has not been a good one for Mariah Carey.

While the current “American Idol” judge waits to hear if she’ll be coming back next season, she brought some racy elements to the normally tame world of morning television.

On Friday while performing her new single on “Good Morning America,” the “#Beautiful” singer not only cursed on live television but also had a wardrobe malfunction.

Struggling with technical aspects during her duet with fellow Latino musician Miguel, Carey muttered an S-bomb on the ABC program after her dress popped open.

Following the incident, the singer took to Twitter to thank her fans for “tolerating my diva debacles.”

Just after her ill-fated performance, news broke that “Idol” alum Jennifer Hudson was signing on to be a judge on the show.

According to E Online, Hudson will be joined by former contestants Kelly Clarkson and either Adam Lambert or Clay Aiken.

While nothing has yet to be confirmed, the report does not bode well for Carey as the "superstar-alum" theme for the judges panel likely means she’ll be getting the axe.

Already, the show’s only remaining original judge Randy Jackson, along with fellow newbie Nicki Minaj, have chosen not to return to “Idol” next season.
