It can’t be over already? Can it?
Rumor has it that salsa crooner Marc Anthony and his 21-Year-old girlfriend, British fashion heiress Chloe Green, have called it quits, just weeks after the couple reportedly were reportedly going to move in together.
Multiple sources, including MTV and the UK’s top entertainment gossip site, Digital Spy, are reporting that Marc Anthony and Green split and that he was the one who ended things.
According Heat magazine, a source says the Green is “devastated” with the breakup.
“Chloe's devastated – they've split and she didn't see it coming at all,” said the insider. “She's surrounding herself with friends and they're trying to comfort her, but she's really upset.”
The split has not yet been made official and Green took to Twitter to congratulate and promote Marc Anthony’s latest single, “Vivir Mi Vida.”
“Sooo excited for @MarcAnthony new single to come out next week "Vivir Mi Vida" you guys have to hear it!! Can't wait!! #proudgirlfriend” she posted on Thursday.
The singer, who shares 4-year-old twins with Puerto Rican superstar Jennifer Lopez, began dating Green in February.
Marc Anthony, 44, and Green were seen snuggling and getting close while in Disneyland in Anaheim, Calif., in late Februaryk.
The British socialite is only two years younger than the singer’s eldest daughter Ariana. Green's father, fashion mogul Sir Philip Green, owns Topshop, the British equivalent of H&M.
