Robert Plant hints at 2014 Led Zeppelin tour, if the other guys are game

Led Zeppelin singer Robert Plant said the old band could go back on tour as soon as next year.

Plant reportedly told an Australian TV show he has “nothing to do in 2014” and that fellow Zeppelin bandmates Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones may be the ones dragging their feet.

“They are Capricorns and don’t say a word. I’m not the bad guy. You need to see the Capricorns," he said. "I’ve nothing to do in 2014.”

The three surviving Zeppelin members and drummer Jason Bonham -- whose dad, original drummer John Bonham, died in 1980 -- did a round of worldwide press in 2012 surrounding a 2007 convert they recorded and released as the CD/DVD "Celebration Day."

During that press tour, Plant repeatedly dismissed talk of a reunion tour.

The first reporter at an October 2012 press conference in New York City who dared inquire about a tour was called a "schmuck" by Plant. Another was given an icy stare by the whole band. Any subsequent reporters trying to elicit a response with trick questions were given obtuse answers or openly mocked by Plant and/or Page.
