Rachael Ray’s husband may be cooking up some drama.

John Cusimano, who wed Ray in 2005, is gearing up to possibly sue the National Enquirer over a new report the magazine published about his marriage to the "30 Minute Meals" star.

In its latest issue, the gossip magazine claims the celebrity chef’s husband, John Cusimano, was spotted at a Manhattan swinger’s club without Ray.

According to a source, Cusimano frequented the Checkmate club and was always accompanied by female companions who were not his wife.

“After a bit of socializing at the buffet and the bar, John would always make his way to the back room. And every time he was observed in the coed locker room, he never took a shower alone,” the source said.

A rep for Ray told FOX 411 the report was completely false.

"This is yet another pack of lies printed by the National Enquirer who have been targeting John and Rachael for several years with no merit," the rep said. "As noted in the story, John's lawyers have been in contact with the Enquirer and are exploring legal action against the publication for defamation."

This is not the first report to surface regarding trouble in Ray's marriage.

Back in 2007, Ray addressed the frequent rumors on her talk show.

"Everybody gossips ... but this stuff is hurting people's feelings who are in our families and friends of ours," she said. "They worry about us.”

She added: "The tabloids won't stop printing this junk until people stop buying it."
