A sexy star of the sci-fi TV drama “Heroes” is being sued by her ex-husband for allegedly having him beat-up by her current beau inside a Brooklyn burger joint and then framed for assault, according to a papers filed in Brooklyn Supreme Court.

Tawny Cypress, who portrayed the arts dealer Simone Deveaux in the defunct NBC series, had invited her ex-husband, Bill Charles, to see their son, Dexter, at the Cheeburger Cheeburger on June 6.

But her current husband, Thomas Dillon was “lying in waiting,” the lawsuit claims, and he allegedly attacked Charles with a “hard object” knocking him to the ground and causing a concussion.

Dillon and Cypress then “acted with others by deception, concocting a fabricated version” of events that led to Charles, 58, spending six nights in jail on assault charges.

“The relatively minor charges against my client are merely a distraction from the attempted murder that Thomas Dillon committed against my client,” Charles’ attorney Robert Feldman alleged.
