Tom Cruise has been spotted getting hot and heavy on the dance floor with a much younger woman: 26-year-old nightclub manager Cynthia Jorge. A witness told In Touch, “It was straight out of ‘Dirty Dancing.' Tom seemed to be in his own world, completely smitten.”
