Halle Berry's fiance Olivier Martinez and the father of her child, Gabriel Aubry, got in a fist fight at Berry's West Hollywood home during a Thanksgiving day hand-off of Berry's daughter, Nahla.
Aubry, 36, allegedly shoved the actor before Martinez, 46, knocked Aubry unconscious and pinned him to the ground, according to TMZ.
The melee landed both men in the hospital, and Gabriel in jail.
Gabriel was "booked for a private persons arrest for battery," an LAPD rep told The Sun. Bail was set at $20,000, and a restraining order was put on Aubry. He is de back in court Dec. 13.
Martinez was photographed leaving a Los Angeles hospital with Berry and her daughter. Martinez's hand was swollen, apparently from clocking Berry's ex. Aubry was treated in the same hospital for bruised ribs and a head injury, TMZ reports.
Aubry reportedly attacked Martinez when the actor broached the subject of Aubry's custody battle with Berry, and suggested it was time everyone move on.
Gabriel and Halle have been in a bitter custody dispute over their daughter since they split up in 2010. Berry tried to move with Nahla and Martinez to France earlier this year, but a judge sided with Aubry and denied her bid to put some distance between Nahla and her father.
