The normally private Keira Knightley stripped down and got personal for the December cover of Allure magazine. In the issue, out Nov. 20, the “Anna Karenina” actress talked about her weight, her love life and even her chest size.

“They always pencil in my boobs. I was only angry when they were really droopy,” she said, referring to her experience working on “King Arthur.” “I thought, well if you’re going to make me fantasy breasts, at least make perky breasts.”

The actress explained she doesn’t mind baring her breasts for the camera, because “they're so small—people really aren't that interested.” But her bottom half, that’s another story.
“Sex scenes in films – I’m quite rigorous about what gets exposed…no bottom half!” she said.

The “Pirates of the Caribbean” star told the magazine even though she exposes her body on film, it doesn’t mean she is totally comfortable with it. When her thin figure sparked rumors she was anorexic, she said it hit her “pretty hard.”

“Because you go, oh, maybe that’s right! I knew I wasn’t anorexic, but maybe my body is somehow not right,” she said. “When you're going through a period where you're really getting a lot of criticism, you go, maybe all this is right!”

So to keep her personal life out of the mouths of critics, Knightley is notoriously private about her relationship with fiancé James Righton, keyboardist for the Klaxons. She told Allure she has no clue how she will handle the publicity of her wedding.

"Maybe I'll be permanently engaged!" she joked.

And she expects living in the spotlight will only get harder as she gets older.
“It’s very, very hard on women who get older…I can say that when I’m 27, you know. Talk to me when I’m 37.”

But Knightley is willing to take the criticism because she said landing a career in acting is a rare feat.

“Acting – it’s not like its offered one day, so it will be offered the next. There’s a little space for you. And when that space appears, you kind of have to jump in because it’s not necessarily going to arrive again.”
