Simon Cowell and ... Carmen Electra?
That's the buzz coming out of Hollywood, but as far as we can tell, these two only have one thing in common: they both like showing off their cleavage.
Cowell, 52, and the former "Baywatch" babe, 40, "went on an intimate date" last weekend in West Hollywood, on which they were spotted "making out," reports In Touch Weekly.

"They were really into each other," a restaurant patron tells the mag. "At one point, they were talking real close, and he leaned in and kissed her. They started making out!"
Asked why he chose Carmen to be his co-judge on "Britain’s Got Talent," Cowell once said: "She has the best set of … teeth I have ever seen."
Perhaps romance has blossomed from there?
