Almost everyone except for the most Scroogiest among us loves music and movies, so DVD, Blu-Ray and CD box sets always make for a popular gift.

This year, Hollywood movie studios and record labels have put together some Very Special holiday gift sets that should make everyone smile–whether they’re Rolling Stones sentimentalists or fans of animated butt-kicking pandas when they rip open their presents this holiday season.

Do you have someone on your Christmas list who can’t watch enough of “Law & Order,” no matter how many times they’ve seen the reruns on cable? Universal Studios has the gift set for you! Twenty years’ worth (yes, years’ worth) of episodes are contained on 104 discs in the “Law & Order: The Complete Series” box set. The list price is a whopping $700, but can be found on the Internet for about $450. “This is what will separate the real fans from the fair-weathered!” wrote one reviewer on Amazon.com. Indeed.

If the man in your life quotes lines from “Scarface” on a regular basis and needs a place to store his Cuban cigars, the “Scarface: Limited Edition Humidor” would make a very thoughtful stocking stuffer. The humidor, created by Daniel Marshall, has 1000 coats of white paint and is “made with untreated Spanish cedar” and “it will properly condition and age approximately 100 cigars at optimal humidity levels.” The humidor contains Brian DePalma’s 1983 classic starring Al Pacino on Blu-ray and Howard Hawks’s 1932 original on DVD. Asking price? A cool $1000.

Kung Fu-fighting pandas may be a more welcome sight than a machine gun-toting Tommy Montana in homes with small children, and “Kung Fu Panda 2” is available on both DVD and Blu-ray. “Kung Fu Panda 2 is a terrific family film not just because it’s funny and full of excitement, but because it’s actually about what it means to be family,” said director, Jennifer Yuh Nelson. “It’s a film that you can enjoy with everyone during the holidays plus the DVD lets you go behind the scenes and discover even more fun with Po and his friends.” Suggested retail price is $50, but is available on Amazon.com for about $25.

For the traditionalists on your list, how about Cecil B. DeMille’s classic starring the incomparable Charlton Heston in “The Ten Commandments: Limited Edition.” The six-disc Blu-ray box set, which retails for $90, contains the 1956 epic, the 1923 silent version, a new documentary, and loads of extras.

Film buffs have been salivating with anticipation over the Blu-ray release of Orson Welles’ “Citizen Kane,” and it is now available as a three-disc gift set, “Citizen Kane: 70th Anniversary Ultimate Collector’s Edition.” The set includes a newly restored version of the film, the documentary “The Battle over Citizen Kane” and the HBO docudrama “RKO 281” and retails for $65.

If your man–or woman–is more into music than movies, there are plenty of special holiday CDs to choose from.

Justin Bieber serenades the tweens with his “Under the Mistletoe” Christmas album, including an updated duet with Mariah Carey on “All I Want for Christmas is You.” For the true Beliebers on your list, the $70 boxed gift set includes a bonus DVD, a 12 Days of Justin Bieber advent calendar, a holiday card, a 40-page booklet–and what’s sure to become a treasured family heirloom–a Justin Biebeber Christmas tree ornament.

If someone slightly older than a tween is on your list, then you can’t go wrong with the archival edition of “Some Girls” by the Rolling Stones. The $143 box set contains a newly remastered album with a dozen previously unreleased songs, a hard-cover book, a DVD and a vinyl single.

Internationally acclaimed tenor Andrea Bocelli gave a free concert in New York City’s Central Park on September 15, 2011. For fans who missed it, the music is available on CD and DVD, with performances by The New York Philharmonic and special guests Celine Dion, Tony Bennett, and many others. For about $125, the “Fanpack” includes Le Opere box set with 8 CDs, programs and a tee-shirt, while the DLX CD/DVD "Concerto One Night in Central Park" sells for $25.

While you’re busy stocking up on CDs and DVDs to give as gifts this season, some of the music and movies you have already enjoyed could make a soldier stationed overseas feel that much closer to home during the holidays.

Tunes 4 the Troops, a grass-roots organization that sends new and used CDs and DVDs to soldiers serving overseas, helps to make the season brighter for active military personnel.

“We get all sorts of requests from the soldiers–everything from chick flicks to war movies to new age music,” Kaylee Marie Radzyminski, founder of Tunes 4 the Troops, told FOXNEWS.com. “‘Sweet Home Alabama’ is a popular request. I got funny letter from one of the troops saying that twenty of them, with their guns strapped, were sitting crowded around a laptop watching ‘Illegally Blonde.’”

The junior at Tennessee Technological University believes that we should remember our service men and women this holiday season. “The troops sacrifice so much for us, we should just do a little something to give back to them,” says Radzyminski. “For some of the troops, a box of CDs and DVDs from us was the only package they got during their entire nine months of deployment. A CD or DVD can mean a lot to them.”
