Justin Bieber has a lot to celebrate this holiday season, a hit Christmas album and the paternity suit against him has been dropped.
TMZ reports accuser Mariah Yeater and her lawyers have dropped the case against the teen star after he announced he would take a DNA test and sue Yeater for the embarrassing claims. The soap opera continues as incriminating text messages hint that her baby's real father is Yeater's ex-boyfriend and not the pop sensation.
This news comes as music to "Beliebers'" ears. And speaking of music, Bieber put his fans in the holiday spirit with "Under the Mistletoe," so much so that it climbed to the top of the Billboard 200.
The festive mood continues with Michael Buble as his version of "All I Want for Christmas Is You" off of his album, entitled "Christmas," is atop the Adult Contemporary Chart.
All Buble wants for Christmas is that special someone and all Corporal Kelsey de Santis wanted for the Marine Corps Ball was Justin Timberlake. The lovely young servicewoman asked the singer/actor to be her date to the ball in a YouTube video which quickly turned viral. Upon seeing the video, the generous Timberlake agreed to the date and said that "it was one of the most moving events I've ever had."
As those two are honoring out nation's heroes, Sting is honoring his fans with a free iPad app called "Sting 25" which is a digital documentary of the artist's 25-year solo career. The documentary contains everything from music videos to concert footage.
Another venture that will cause music fans to reflect is the news that Black Sabbath is reuniting to record their first album in 33 years. The band sat down with FOX411 and guitarist Tony Iommi says, "It's time now to get back together with the original line up. We were unable to do it for many years and the last time we toured together it was great." The band plans to hit the road next year.
