NJ Gov Chris Christie Shoots Down 'Jersey Shore' Tax Credit‎

It looks like the tanned and toned stars of "The Jersey Shore" won't be fist-pumping on the taxpayers' dime this year.

New Jersey Governor, Chris Christie, vetoed a $420,000 tax credit Monday that would have had Garden State residents paying production costs for the reality show.

Christie also suspended the same tax-credit last year saying that the project does nothing but perpetuate misconceptions about the state and its citizens.
