Paz de la Huerta, an actress on HBO’s “Boardwalk Empire,” has agreed to a plea deal after her altercation with reality TV actress Samantha Swetra.
But a judge postponed her deal with prosecutors, saying he wanted more information on alcohol counseling that's part of the plea agreement, along with a day of community service. De la Huerta was set to plead guilty Thursday to harassment .
De la Huerta is due back in court July 28. Harassment is a violation, not a crime.
The 26-year-old actress was charged with assault and other offenses. Authorities said she bloodied Swetra's nose and hurled a glass that cut Swetra's leg at the Standard Hotel.
Swetra appeared on the MTV reality series "The City."
