MUSIC WEEK: Lauren Ilaina Releases First Single, Jane's Addiction Honored

Lady Gaga held on to the top spot on the Billboard 200 for a second week in a row with her album "Born This Way."

She accomplished the feat in spite of an 84 percent sales drop after her record-breaking debut week sales of one million-plus units.

Adele took the #2 spot with "21," and also topped the Billboard pop songs list with her single, "Rolling in the Deep."

But it wasn't all good news for the Brit pop star. Fans also got word this week that she had to cancel the rest of her stateside tour due to "ongoing illness."

"American Idol" was back in thew news as runner-up Lauren Alaina released her first post-show single, "Like My Mother Does."

But don't go looking for Lauren at the record store (if you even have one anymore) - the single is only available as a digital download.

If you do have a record store, check the shelves for these new releases. 'AC/DC: Let There Be Rock' is a new a Blu-Ray and DVD take-home with 13 live performances. And Ronnie Dunn, formerly of Brooks and Dunn, dropped his 12-song self-titled solo debut featuring the country hit "Bleed Red."

Rounding out the week, punk/metal legends Jane's Addiction were inducted into the Guitar Center Rock Walk. We caught up with the band in LA, so check out our FOX411 Playlist interview with Perry Farrell, Dave Navarro and the crew.
