What's even worse than seeing "Titanic" yet again? Seeing it in 3-D!

OK, OK, we choked up in the theater back in 1997 when Jack (spoiler alert!) froze to death (though we still maintain that there was enough room on the raft for both of them). But most of us can agree that this mega-hit was cheesy and overwrought, and we've definitely seen it enough on TNT.

SODAHEAD SLIDESHOW: See the worst 3-D movies ever made.

Nevertheless, in honor of the 100th anniversary of the doomed ship's maiden voyage on April 10, 1912, director James Cameron plans to re-release it in theaters on that date next year ... in 3-D.

"There's a whole generation that's never seen 'Titanic' as it was meant to be seen, on the big screen," he said in a statement.

"And this will be 'Titanic' as you've never seen it before, digitally re-mastered at 4K and painstakingly converted to 3D. With the emotional power intact and the images more powerful than ever, this will be an epic experience for fans and newcomers alike."

Thanks James, but we'll pass. Let us know: From "The Last Airbender" to "Clash of the Titans," what's the worst 3-D movie ever made?
