Kardashian Sisters Fiercely Anti-Bully, Mom Kris Jenner Says

Love ‘em or hate ‘em, the Kardashians have built quite the empire off their “modern American family,” in particular their ability to come across as interesting and real without the need to trash others or each other.

According to mom Kris Jenner, Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Co.’s overall “fun and friendly” charm stems from the strong values that were instilled in them all as children.

“My kids have all grown up with a sense of responsibility and I’ve taught them I hope, right from wrong. They’ve grown up going to church learning about God, and what’s important to me and my views on life, and anytime you hurt somebody else it’s definitely just tragic,” Jenner told FOX411’s Pop Tarts column at the launch of Midori Melon Liqueur Trunk Shows in Los Angeles. “To ruin someone else’s self-esteem or make someone feel bad about anything [is never right]."

Of all the Kardashian children, it was Khloe who was the target of bullies the most growing up, Kris said.

“I think Khloe has taken a stand on it over the years," Jenner said. "I don’t want to ever hurt anyone else’s feelings or tread on anyone else’s privacy or make anyone feel bad, so if I do I’m the first one to say ‘I’m sorry, I didn’t really mean that’ and I teach my kids the same thing."

Daughter Kim concurred.

“I always hated the people that would bully kids, the girls that were so forceful and just catty and rude," kardahsian said. "I was always neutral, friends with different cliques. I like to think I was popular, but I was pretty quiet. I was a little shy.”

Kim and her sisters sure are popular now. But being a family famous for being famous means you can look forward to bearing the brunt of some pretty brutal attacks.

“Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Rob – we all have pretty tough skin. If someone feels like they need to take a shot, well okay. It’s not going to change our life,” Jenner said. “But honestly every single day we have the last laugh because we are having so much damn fun.”

And they’re laughing all the way to the bank. Kim alone has an estimated worth of over $35 million.

But there's one thing Jenner values over money.

“I feel blessed to have beautiful, healthy children who love each other and I have a new grandson,” Jenner added. “I just wish they wouldn’t be so stingy with those grandchildren. I need some more!”
