As his estranged wife Brooke Mueller reportedly tackles her sobriety in rehab once again, Charlie Sheen will be seeking custody of his twin sons this week, Radar Online.com reports.

Mueller, 33, reportedly entered rehab again this weekend after a crazy week of bingeing, TMZ reported Sunday.  Sheen’s soon-to-be ex-wife initially refused to submit to a drug test Friday, which she was required to take as part of a custody agreement with the former “Two and a Half Men” star.

And sources say that refusal was because of a reported cocaine bender that lasted the entire week, according to multiple reports. TMZ obtained video surveillance reportedly showing Mueller attempting to pawn jewelry for cash in California.

Now, Sheen’s attorney is said to be planning to notify Mueller’s lawyers Monday that the actor will be asking a judge to give him the boys while she completes her treatment.

Last month, Sheen’s sons were removed from his L.A. mansion by Mueller and the LAPD following the actor’s series of now-infamous interviews, where he launched a tirade against his former boss Chuck Lorre.

Sheen and Mueller’s divorce is just weeks from being finalized. The former couple’s marriage began to publicly unravel following a 2009 arrest of Sheen for a domestic violence incident in Aspen, CO.
