Mahsa Saeidi-Azcuy, the former Brooklyn prosecutor who was pushed out for not telling her bosses she was appearing on "The Apprentice," is now going after Donald Trump.

Saeidi-Azcuy got "fired" in last week's episode -- but is sputtering mad at being accused of lying and being disloyal to her teammates.

Trump "knew I was telling the truth, but still allowed that boardroom fiasco," the lawyer told The Post over the weekend.

Now the lawyer is delivering an ultimatum to The Donald -- clear her name or else.

During the episode, Saeidi-Azcuy said she'd swapped information with a competitor on the other team -- the show is divided into men's and women's teams -- about how much the women had made in the most recent challenge.

When the men's team rival denied he'd given up privileged information, too, Trump canned her.

Now Saeidi-Azcuy is threatening "to pull the curtains back on the cover-up and unleash a massacre on the participants involved if immediate action is not taken.
