Univisión has released videos of the telenovela “Eva Luna,” which debuts on November 1. Latin Gossip snarks that if the network is truly seeking younger viewers, “why would they choose to feature Lupita Ferrer, Susana Dosamantes, and Guy Ecker in the trailer?”

The site also declared Marysol Patton, of the upcoming “Real Housewives of Miami,” to be the show’s “first Latina.” Only one? In Miami? Can’t be, right?

Julio Iglesias promises Mexico’s El Universal that this time, he’ll sing well in Egypt. Seems like he feels his last gig at the Pyramids of Giza, 30 years ago, kinda stunk. “I learned late, but I learned,” he told the newspaper in Spanish. “If I hadn’t, I wouldn’t have gone back.”

People has pics of Christina Aguilera looking slightly haggard, but still vavoom, at the opening party for the Waikiki Edition hotel in Hawaii on Friday. The singer filed for divorce days before.
