Reality TV parents Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar rushed their 19th child, Josie, to the hospital April 8, after the infant's vital signs began to drop, according to a report from People magazine.

"Dr. Arrington told us to never trust a preemie," said Jim Bob, referring Josie's attending physician, Dr. Robert Arrington, co-director of the hospital's neonatal intensive care unit. "That is really true."

According to Jim Bob, who stars with his family in reality show "19 Kids and Counting," fortifiers that were added to breast milk to catalyze Josie's growth led to constipation and Josie's distress. Josie currently weighs 4 lbs., 12 1/2 oz.

Last week, Josie was released from Arkansas Children's Hospital for the first time since her Dec. 25 birth at 25 weeks.

The Duggar family, including 17 of their children, moved into a rented home in Little Rock to be near the hospital.

"We really appreciate everyone's continued prayers for Josie," said Jim Bob.
