LOS ANGELES – Lady Gaga Opens Up About Her Preference for Boys That Look Like Girls, Her Passion for Church and Being Cited for Indecent Exposure | Julianne Hough’s Offensive Slip-of-the-Tongue | Alanis Morissette Stays Well Away From Martin Short’s Advances
Lady Gaga has a very specific kind of man that she wants in her life, and she is not afraid to admit it.
"I like boys that look like girls," she told Tarts in a recent interview. "All my boyfriends look like Nikki Sixx, amazing."
(Watch out Kat Von D, hold your beau close!)
Now to confuse us even more, the mysterious pop princess said that her hit song "Poker Face" was written in honor of her many boyfriends … and girlfriends too?
"I’ve dated a lot of guys that are really into sex and booze and gambling so I wanted to write a record that my boyfriends would like," Gaga added. "But something I don’t really talk about is if you listen to the chorus I say ‘he’s got me like nobody’ then ‘she’s got me like nobody.’ It’s got an undertone of confusion about love and sex …"

But when asked if she was bisexual, the flamboyant pop princess played mum on the "very personal" issue. But back to note of love, the Catholic school drop-out also loves to party at a place a little different to your typical Hollywood hotspot.
"I love church music, church and mass in general, it’s like a play. I really enjoy it," the 22-year-old enthused.
But earlier this year Gaga committed the ultimate sin of baring too much of her bottom in itty bitty hot pants while out in the streets of Chicago and scored herself a citation.
"I was on my way to a festival, I was on the street and he (a police officer) stopped me. He said ‘put your ass up against the fence’, there were kids around so I guess he wanted me to cover up my bum - quite a bit was showing," Gaga explained. "But it was quite an epic moment for me, I was up against the fence going ‘it’s fashion, I’m an artist!’ I signed his ridiculous piece of paper and left. I was being wildly disrespectful to him, he looked like some park ranger on a bike."
And despite being considered one of the world’s hottest commodities in the entertainment arena today, the "Let’s Dance" diva has had her fair share of rejection.
"I was told for a very long time that I was not pretty enough, too strange, not edgy enough," Lady Gaga added. "But I’ve always been famous, it is just that nobody knew."
Julianne Hough is certainly an all-American sweetheart, but nobody is perfect -- and Hough is no exception. The 20-year-old DWTS starlet/country singer caused quite a few jaws to drop at the Maxim "Hot 100" party in Los Angeles last week when she dropped the inappropriate "r" word in an interview with Pop Tarts.
Hmmm, now that the blonde beauty is done with DWTS for time being let’s hope she dedicates some time to altering her use of language …
After bidding $6100 in an Auction Cause-driven initiative to raise funds in support of Shakespeare Festival/LA’s programs, one lucky man had the opportunity to act alongside Hollywood greats Rita Wilson, Tom Hanks, Martin Short, Christina Applegate, Peter Graves, Arte Johnson, Shirley Jones, Kelsey Grammer, and Eugene Levy during a play rehearsal at the Geffen Theater in Los Angeles on Monday night.
The surprise musical guest for the evening was (a very stunning-looking) Alanis Morissette -- and while the songstress was happy to extend herself into the acting arena for the play aswell, she wasn’t taking things any further than that. We’re told co-star Martin Short played multiple eccentric characters and took advantage of the opportunity to give on-the-mouth exaggerated kisses to Applegate, Wilson (with hubby Hanks watching on) and Jones (twice) but Morissette deliberately stayed well away from the intimate action.
"Alanis kept him at arm's length and had no intention of playing along," said our source. "She seemed quite serious about it and twisted and turned on stage to avoid him. At one point she flexed her arm to the audience after she had avoided him.
Pop Tarts spies also spotted Adam Corolla (who is hosting a ShakesBEER BBQ in his Malibu home over Memorial Day weekend to raise more money for Shakespeare Festival/L.A) in the audience -- however the radio star fell under the radar of the predominantly Beverly Hills theater crowd.
