Beverly Hills police say an arrest is imminent in the murder of Mark Ruffalo's brother, the New York Daily News reported.
Scott Ruffalo, the younger brother of the "You Can Count on Me" star, died Dec. 1 after sustaining a gunshot wound to the head while inside his Beverly Hills home.
Sgt. Michael Publicker, who is heading the investigation, said detectives are focused on two individuals who were at Ruffalo's apartment the night he was shot, the paper reported.
"We will be able to make an arrest," Publicker told the paper.
Publicker also said that Ruffalo's friends — Shaha Mishaal Adham and Kristian Muradaz — remain "persons of interest" in the case, according to the paper.
Adham, 27, and Muradaz, 29, were both present when Ruffalo was shot.
Adham — the daughter of a wealthy Saudi businessman — reportedly told investigators that Ruffalo was high on cocaine when he accidentally shot himself while playing a game of Russian Roulette.
But a Los Angeles coroner later ruled the death a homicide, claiming the actor's brother was shot from a 45-degree angle from above and in front of his head, the paper reported.Click here to read more on this story from the New York Daily News.
