Kelly Clarkson might be thrilled to become a mom, but right now she sounds downright miserable.

On Friday's "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," the singer told DeGeneres that she's finding her first pregnancy to be extremely difficult — especially when it comes to morning sickness.

"Oh my God, like, it is so upsetting when I ask women [about their pregnancies]," Clarkson said. "Because they'll be like, 'Oh … you're going to love it,' and I [ask them], 'We're you sick the first time?' and they're like, 'No,' and I want to hit all of them with my car. I vomit a good dozen times a day."

Clarkson then told the host that she threw up right before making her appearance, but quickly ate a peppermint before her interview.

"It's like, so gross. And that's the thing, too. You're not attractive when you're pregnant. Like everybody tells you you glow and your hair is pretty and your nails are pretty. That is total crap. My nails are short, my hair still falls out … it's not all lush and beautiful. And I have no glow, unless it's like something leftover from a bad throw up. It's horrible."

Clarkson also told the host that despite being only 11 weeks into her pregnancy, she and husband Brandon Blackstock have already chosen a unisex baby name suitable for a daughter or son.
