Updated

Here's what's on our radar:

• On Tuesday, Jessica Simpson shared a busty snap from her 35th birthday bash in St. Barths wearing a white swimsuit, white sunglasses and white platform sandals (above). She also posed in front of a white background, presumably to make the more protuberant parts of her body protube even further.

• Earlier this week on Instagram, Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Nina Agdal uploaded a video of herself eating shoestring french fries with her feet (below). And now, having seen that, we're a bit peeved she was holding back this handy diet secret when we asked about her regimen

• Honestly though, Agdal has got us wondering: If we start eating only the scraps of food we can successfully get into our mouths with our feet, will we look as good as she does? Nah, probably not. In the interview we mentioned before, Agdal told us how she actually prepares for a shoot. Watch below to see what she eats, along with a few of her hottest shots from recent appearances.

• One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson is reportedly expecting a baby with L.A. stylist Briana Jungwirth. This makes him the first 1D member to sire a child with a woman, not counting the hundreds of thousands of female fans who spontaneously became pregnant after Harry hit that high falsetto note during last month's concert in Brussels.

• In a recent post on her blog, Gwyneth Paltrow shared her preferred method for yawning in order to help readers "optimize the reflex" and "calibrate" the body. Certain media outlets have since poked fun at what they see as another condescending post from Gwyneth, but those jerks probably just need a good yawn. Goop says it releases tension from "the vicissitudes of the day."

• Irish singer Sinead O'Connor took to Facebook on Tuesday to declare that "music has officially died," mostly because Rolling Stone chose to put Kim Kardashian's face (and cleavage) on the cover of their current issue. (Apparently, O'Connor missed the 2011 issue featuring Snooki riding atop a rocket à la Slim Pickens in "Dr. Strangelove.")

• Model, author and former "View" panelist Jenny McCarthy debuted a hot-pink hairdo on Tuesday's episode of the "Today" show. She said it was something she's "wanted to do forever" and only now had the chance to because she has no network bosses to dissuade her. And also probably because — let's be honest — she probably didn't have a whole lot more to talk about with Kelly and Hoda.

• Dan Aykroyd confirmed on Twitter that he'll be making a cameo in the new "Ghostbusters" reboot, but he quickly deleted the tweet just a few hours later. It's not yet known who Aykroyd will be playing, but we're guessing he'll appear as an old ghostbuster who keeps telling the girls how much better bustin' was before big government got involved.

• Jim Gaffigan's funny new series "The Jim Gaffigan Show" debuts tonight on TV Land — but it's not your average bumbling-husband-type sitcom. Ashley Williams, who plays Gaffigan's better half on the show, recently told us it's more about Jim's chaotic home life and (wait for it) his love of snacking. Watch our interview with Williams to see what she means, along with a sneak-peek of the new show:

• On Tuesday, the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation announced that it would be donating $15 million toward global conservation efforts in order to preserve the planet for future generations. After all, if we don't start looking out for our future generations, how can they possibly grow up to become the models DiCaprio loves so dearly?

• Actress Salma Hayek posed topless for the August issue of Allure (below), although she was quick to clarify that she "kept [her] pants on" in an accompanying behind-the-scenes video. In related news, the exact opposite is probably true of your local newscaster. Think about that the next time you see them sitting behind that anchor desk.

• And finally, according to sources for E! Online, Ben Higgins has been chosen as "The Bachelor" on the next season of ABC's reality series. For those who don't know, Higgins was the second runner-up on the current season of ABC's "The Bachelorette," who was recently elimated for not having as much chemistry with Kaitlyn as the remaining bland contestants. Eat your heart out, ladies!
