Here's what's happening out there, people:

Britney Spears posed for the January cover of Women's Health magazine in a bikini (below), proving she's got the same abs she's had since filming the video for "Baby One More Time" in 1998. She also proved she's still got the same late-'90s-era navel ring and groin tattoos.

Speaking of flat abs, celebrity trainer Simone De La Rue knows how to sculpt a stomach like Britney's. Watch the video above for Simone's signature five-minute workout, and learn how to tone up your legs, thighs, butt and arms, too!

Miranda Lambert made a big showing at the American Country Countdown Awards (formerly the American Country Awards) in Nashville on Monday night. In addition to winning Female Vocalist of the Year, Miranda Lambert showed up in what appears to be a one of the Khaleesi's old evening gowns from "Game of Thrones":

Page Six reports that Kate Upton serenaded Jamie Foxx at his birthday bash in New York this past weekend. According to reports, she sang "Happy Birthday" in the style of "Marilyn Monroe to JFK," which probably means sultry or sensuous, and not that she's sleeping with Foxx behind their respective partners' backs.

Jennifer Aniston posed for a sultry spread in Allure magazine's January issue, even appearing topless in one shots with her longtime hairdresser Chris McMillan (preview below). As an interesting side note, McMillan is the guy responsible for the "Rachel" haircut circa 1994, and in turn, your haircut circa 1995.

"Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing" and "Superfudge" author Judy Blume has announced a new fictional novel, called "In the Unlikely Event." Too bad it's not 1982 and we don't have a book report due. Otherwise, we'd be all over that thing.

Some of Kim Kardashians fans (and many of her detractors) are angry over one of her latest Instagram posts, in which Kim appears to have cropped her own daughter out of a family snapshot (below). We, on the other hand, think everybody should give Kim a break. How else was she supposed to suck all the attention away from a defenseless child?

Jennifer Lee, one of the directors of the Disney film "Frozen," says she often apologizes to parents for the song "Let It Go" — more specifically, for having to hear it non-stop. So thank you, Jennifer. We appreciate the apology. Now it's Taylor Swift's turn to atone for "Shake It Off."

Jennifer Lopez is putting her impressively muscular body on display in the January issue of Self magazine (below), probably because those abs deserve better than to be hidden under a judging panel on "American Idol."

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame has officially announced its 2015 class of inductees. Among others, they include Lou Reed, Green Day, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, Bill Withers and Stevie Ray Vaughn. They also chose to celebrate the solo work of Ringo Starr, despite you never having done so yourself.

Angelina Jolie's chicken pox kept her from her own film premiere, but that didn't stop Brad Pitt from bringing children Maddox, Pax and Shiloh (and his own parents) to the L.A. debut of "Unbroken" on Monday. The other half of Pitt's kids were presumably at home, hopefully watching something that sounds more interesting than "Unbroken."

Seth Rogen revealed that Kayne West once asked if he wanted to preview some new music, and when he said yes, West brought him into a limo and rapped his unreleased songs for two straight hours. Luckily, Rogen said he was enjoying the show, rather than freaking out and calling the police to file kidnapping charges.

And finally, McDonald's is planning to discontinue certain underperforming menu items in "key markets" around the country. Among these items are three Quater Pounder variations and two Snack Wrap options, and though they didn't say it, let's hope they drop that creepy Grimace character, too. He's got shifty eyes.
