A couple of would-be crooks in Fresno, Calif., stole a car to use to break into a store and walked away with nothing to show for it, except the path of destruction left in their wake.
A security camera captured the moment at 4:15 a.m. on Monday that the white sedan that they nabbed nearby smashed through the glass door and security fence at the I Smoke II smoke shop. Realizing they’d gotten it stuck, the man and woman took off without taking anything from the store.

"Ruin somebody's car, ruin somebody's shop and then at the end you don't even get nothing," store owner Moe Alashmaly told CBS 47 news in disbelief.
Fresno police say there has been a spate of similar robberies around town, in fact a car rammed into the liquor store right next door to the smoke shop just a couple of weeks ago.
Police have yet to determine if the crimes are connected, but that most of them have been targeting ATM machines.
