The student government at the University of North Carolina has allegedly played favorites when it comes to doling out budgets.
That’s what the College Republicans of the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill claim happened when they requested $8000 to fund guest speaking appearances by Townhall.com editor and Fox News Contributor Katie Pavlich and filmmaker Ann McElhinney.
