On Friday, 24,000 emails were revealed from Palin’s time in the governor’s office to an all too anxious media awaiting juicy details that could tarnish or -- better yet -- destroy her. But rather than find some salacious exchange, the emails revealed a warm, likeable executive who worked hard, focused on Alaska as priority No. 1, and relied on her husband for guidance.

Rep. Anthony Weiner is STILL try to explain what happened on Twitter this weekend. Doesn't he know that the general rule of thumb for members of Congress (and the rest of us) is that when there is a scandal it's important to get ALL the information you have out early so that nothing is left behind.

What the Republican Party needs to do in 2012 is nominate a presidential candidate who is solid. Someone who can credibly take the fight to President Obama and highlight his abysmal record.
