An opportunity to speak after a president's State of the Union address can either skyrocket a politician to stardom or doom him to obscurity and ridicule. People will be watching Rep. Paul Ryan's demeanor, delivery, his sincerity and his words with a very critical eye. Was he able to present a rebuttal that was effective and convincing? We shall see.
